Something not working?
Email support@magpaste.com from, or mentioning, the email address you used at checkout, and tell us what's wrong. We reply within 48 hours, and most problems are fixed in a few minutes.
Charged twice, or a payment error?
Email us and we'll refund the extra charge. The money goes back to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it shows up in 5–10 business days, and the extra license key stops working.
Your rights
By completing your purchase you agree to receive MagPaste right away, which in some countries means you give up the right to cancel. This doesn't affect any rights your local law gives you that can't be waived, or the buyer terms of our payment partner shown at checkout.
